I have a deep-rooted passion for growing edible plants and sharing that knowledge and beauty with the world. My mission is to inspire others to grow their own food not only as a means to save on annual grocery costs, but also as a way to improve their mental health. By growing my own food and encouraging others to do the same, I do my best to look after the environment through carbon emission reduction while simultaneously helping pollinators look after us all.
Professionally, my goal is manage onsite kitchen gardens for chefs as well as successfully implementing and managing the new smallholding farm that I'm currently managing as a part-time farmer.
